That’s what it’s like when an employee has a bad attitude, we work closely together all day everyday so it’s important that we have a good culture of positivity and productivity.

 

Attention to detail: It’s important to have good attention to detail. At this job, it’s easy to make mistakes even if you do have good attention to detail.  so it’s important to double-check your work in order to provide quality service.

 

Work ethic: sometimes it’s hot, sometimes it’s humid, you just never know. We work outside in the elements all day every day so if you don’t have a good work ethic then you won’t be very successful here.

Attitude over skill: We hire attitude over skill and experience every day of the week. We are a much better company by hiring somebody that brings a good attitude every day than somebody who feels like they’ve learned everything already and is unwilling to learn.

 

Goal-oriented: We are looking for people that are goal-oriented and know where they’re headed. Being self-motivated starts with having a definite chief aim that drives you throughout the day and if it’s your manager’s job to come in and have to motivate you every morning then this may not be the best fit for you. 

 

Growth Mindset: We also want people who are willing to learn. To be humble enough to understand that there is a lot to learn here shows a lot, and continuing to learn we help you move up in the company. As you learn more, the opportunity for moving up in the company also grows. Knowing one skill does not make you an asset to the company.

Our work environment can be pretty fast-paced, but it is also fun. We try to have fun and accomplish our goals effectively. but if you are a sitting behind the desk, slow paste type of person then this isn’t the job for you.

For a starting position, there is no experience required. We like to promote from within, so everyone has to work their way up in the company. as we said, attitude over skill.
